Friendly and accomodating staff. Mr. Mishra, a manager at the hotel will always check on us to ensure we are well taken care off. The staff is very polite. Food is very good. Good service and better stay for family and friends. I want to share my little experience with hotel Manager. My train was around 3.30 PM from madgaon and room checkout was at 11.00 AM morning. So I requested to extend my stay 2 more hours to Mr Roy Fernandes (hotel manager). He said ok. he is very genuine person even I asked him to take extra money for 2 hours he smiled and refused to take money. This type of service I never had before. I personally will recommend to go and stay in lazy frog hotel.
