I am from Singapore and was on a vacation in Kerala from 7th October to 19th October 2025 and decided to stay at Zen Residences 2-bedroom apartment with my friend and I must say I was really pleased and glad that I chose this place.
(Cleanliness)
The toilets and the bedrooms were clean. After a few days, I needed the room to be cleaned so I called the front desk and they arranged it swiftly. At one point, I needed to leave for an appointment before the service. I passed my room keys to the reception and when I came back, the job was done cleanly. I always tip them every time they clean my room because they do a good job and are friendly.

Not much view because it is an apartment and the apartment is not by the main road. Need to drive inside. But with GPS you won't get lost.
The mall, especially Lulu Mall, is just minutes away from the apartment. Super convenient.

Day shift receptionist, Hamza, and night shift receptionist, Hasib, were very helpful, accommodating and friendly. They made our stay in Zen Residences really comfortable and safe. Very professional too.
Overall, I enjoyed my stay and will return to Zen Residences when I go to Kochi for another vacation.
Highly recommended.
