The hotel design is timeless, with all the grandeur and styles of old Delhi. The staff are incredibly helpful and courteous and anything needed was available. The breakfast was exceptional, with buffet and a la carte available. The rooms were well designed and comfortable. A complete delight.

Absolute Excellence!!! We will most definately return. As a matter of fact, we did re-book a week after one of our stays only because we were so happy with our previous stay. You can see at the Shangri-la Eros Delhi, it is Team Work at its finest and because of that, is why it works so wonderfully. The Buffet was amazing and mouth watering. Restaurant staff were most kind and attentive. We can not find any fault. A special shout out to our Doorman Jitendra Rai who went above and beyond for my brother and I. We travelled from Canada and The Netherlands for Asthi Visarjan for our father and Jitendra helped us tremndously during this emotional time with logistics. He is a jewel in the Shangri-la crown!! Thank you and we hope to see you soon.

We love this place ,it is so clean ,staffs were helpful and charming .i would like to thank Anil who is very helpful and kind .he did whatever he can .firstday ,i didnt have local sim card and he pationtly book uber for us and lead us to find good places in Delhi .breakfast was good enough to start your day joyfully I do highly recommend this hotel

Location was great; it was near a lot of shops and restaurants. The staff were all welcoming and helpful. I had two friends who ended up with a delayed flight, and needed a last minute reservation, and the employee at reception was super quick to assist them with a room.

Excellent Hotel If you book a room on the 9th floor of the building: the rooms there are excellent! Bevause it is only on this 9th floor tat the renovation is just finished. The breakfast and luch was excellent too. What was great too: The hotel gave me early check-inn without extra costs because I was a woman travelling alone, and they want to stimulate woman to do that and to give women a safe and comfortable feeling when they are travelling alone👍
