The front office and housekeeping staff were very good, as were the bell boys. The front-line security personnel were also very polite and consistently greeted us with ‘Namaskar’, which we believe is one of the best ways a hotel can make guests feel welcome. While the overall stay was pleasant, the breakfast buffet and service could be improved to enhance the guest experience.

Loved every moment of the stay at Zaza’s. The manager and Staff are all very friendly, helpful and serviceminded.
The location is good and peaceful, very close to several historical sights.
The rooms are functional and cosy, good size, all the needs of the traveller is there, and proper preasure in the shower incl. hot water ofcourse.
Commons and overall the property has a very cosy feel and beautifully decorated with Indian heritage and a modern urban feel.
Its a calm oasis in a otherwise crazy city.
Will be back.
