The front office and housekeeping staff were very good, as were the bell boys. The front-line security personnel were also very polite and consistently greeted us with ‘Namaskar’, which we believe is one of the best ways a hotel can make guests feel welcome. While the overall stay was pleasant, the breakfast buffet and service could be improved to enhance the guest experience.

I simply loved it! A beautiful hotel! The staff was extremely nice - we arrived early, so they allowed us an early check-in, then they upgraded our room and also presented us aan amazing fruit plate and chocolates! We had a great time! The house is furnished with great care and taste, giving the impression of being at home. The staff was really very kind and helpful. Dinner and breakfast are superb and plentiful, the table was beautifully set. The room and bathroom also had personality and contributed to the feeling of being at home. Perfectly clean. A beautiful living room then allows you to sit and read or chat. The area is very quiet and very convenient for visiting Delhi and also for reaching the airport. Lodi Gardens and Humayun's Tomb are a short distance and are magnificent places to relax away from the noise of the centre.

Amazing service. So many little things to love. For instance, the lengths Karthik and Kenry went to help us have a relaxing item by the pool was excellent.
