We stayed at CityHub Reykjavik in May 2025 and absolutely loved everything about it. The concept is modern, comfortable, and super practical. The location is excellent, the common areas are cozy and well-designed, and the self-check-in process was smooth and easy. A special thank you to the staff for the lovely birthday surprise they prepared in the room for my husband — it was such a thoughtful touch and made our stay even more memorable! There’s really nothing negative to mention. I would definitely recommend CityHub to anyone visiting Reykjavik, especially couples and travelers who appreciate style, comfort, and a unique hotel experience.

Staff were excellent, really helpful. We got upgraded to a slightly larger room. Location was extraordinary, dead central and really easy to walk anywhere (very helpful in the middle of winter). Hotel was very quiet and relaxed. Would stay again.

Modern look, clean, organized and had luggage storage. Location was pretty good. Able to walk everywhere and even walked from the domestic airport to here. Staff was friendly and there were lots of bathrooms/showers available.

Best location in downtown Reykjavik. Right at the start of the Rainbow Street. After unloading our stuff right outside the flat entrance, we parked our car at the free parking (no waiting) near Hallgrimskirkja and walked under 10 mins back to the apartment. There's paid parking right outside the flat if you don't mind paying 600IKR per hour. Most of Reykjavik's tourist spots are within walking distance. We only used the car to get to Perlan. No problem finding free parking space when we got back. Though I didn't meet the host, she responded to my queries in a timely manner. We appreciate the clear self check-in instructions. We appreciate the ear plugs provided but we didn't need them. It was really quiet at night so we could hear the occasional passerby. They didn't linger around. Most importantly there was no one partying nearby. Hence, we slept pretty well both nights. Clean and spacious living / dining room. Fully equipped kitchen and machine machine The best part, we saw aurora borealis right outside the flat on Aug 29 !

A cosy, comfortable and beautifully decorated apartment in an Icelandic theme . The apartment is spotlessly clean and has everything that you need for your stay. The location is excellent within easy walking distance of all the city sights, shops and restaurants . If you are lucky you can find free street parking nearby but there are also numerous paid parking available. Entry was via a lock box and communication with the host was great. Everything was prepared and welcoming for us and the chocolates on the pillows were a nice touch and very much appreciated.
