LOCATION, LOCATION! Also the clean facilities, comfort bed, the balcony, and THE COFFEE! The host, Luigi, greeted us on our arrival and gave us o lot of great advices and info on what to see, where and what to eat. Luigi also communicated with us before our arrival. Luigi is a super host! Mille gratie!

This is an excellent opportunity to stay in the very heart of Naples, in probably one of the friendliest hotels we have ever stayed. All the staff were not only welcoming, but also made every effort to ensure that their guests were happy and comfortable. The room was spacious, stylish and immaculately clean, with every convenience, and they offered a fabulous buffet breakfast included. An extra bonus, the restaurant immediately below the hotel (in the famous Spanish Quarter of Napoli) was also amazing. An excellent hotel... we already plan to return and can highly recommend! It was absolutely perfect! Thank you to all the team.

Excellent position in the center of Napoli, right behind Piazza Plebiscito and all the main attractions are at walking distance. Perfect host and nice room, comfortable beds. We will come back for another scudetto!

We spent two nights in Naples with a group of five friends. The accommodation exceeded our expectations. Small but comfortable and well equipped, stylishly furnished. We especially liked the small courtyard. Our host Enzo was very helpful and kind. The location is very good, the airport is 40 minutes away and the main attractions of the city are within walking distance. Highly recommended!

Amazing and cozy apartment, with all facilities needed for a city vacation - coffee machine loaded with lots of coffee, bisquits, and other small thins for breakfast. Very clean. Locaiton is perfect - steps away from metro station, Airport bus station and central shopping street, new castle. Host was also very helpful and amazing, giving lots of tips to visit local places.

Set within the Plebiscito district in Naples, Toledo 292 Luxury House has air conditioning, a patio, and quiet street views.
