The host was amazing he helped us know a lot of city gems and the rooms were very clean. The location is perfect because it is some minutes walking to the beach and only one minute to the train station. The area is safe and the whole building had a great security. The parkings are available too but it is better to get a small car if you rent one.

Loved the welcome we got and the thoughtful touches throughout our stay. Excellent varied breakfasts and the B&B was very clean. The provided Aircon is essential and having a fridge to store our drinks is a masterstroke. The hosts were very patient with our language barrier and helped use translation tools to pass on information about such things as our early checkout. Very well situated in some respects, as a supermarket, bakery and tasty pizzeria are literally yards away and close to the funicular which is essential for access to the more touristy areas without having to navigate hills and demented vespa drivers. Fabulous apartment, very spacious (at least 800 sq. feet) and comfortable! Kitchen has an oven/stove, dishes, cookware, silverware, fridge, coffee maker, juicer, toaster, microwave. We cooked two nights - made the pasta that our host left for us. Very nice living room and dining room, fabulous bathroom with large shower, good water pressure and water stayed hot for a long time, hairdryer, host provided toiletries, some counter space, lighted large mirror. Bedroom had an attached room where you could put suitcases/clothing so didn't have to have them in the bedroom. Very comfortable bed! Separate A/C in bedroom but also in one in living area. Separate closet space. Host left breakfast coupons that we used each morning at a wonderful pasticceria for a coffee and a cornetto. Location of the apartment is close to Piazza Amedeo and is in a quieter/more upscale area than the historical area. We really enjoyed staying in this apartment - great place if you need to stay longer term, we were only there 3 nights.

Location is perfect, house is amazing, very clean and spacious. Balcony with very nice view. Owner left us with some tips about the city, friendly and helpful. Close to everything, just next to cart ride to go up on hill with amazing view on the city. Highly recommend
