Host made contact before our arrival. Our arrival was delayed by 2 hours and host was extremely patient and helpful. She gave us best advice on getting to property that saved us a taxi fare. When we arrived at train station she was on hand to provide exact directions and hand over keys and provide advice on staying safe.

Great location. Intimate, with beautiful communal areas. The rooftop is stunning, especially in the evenings. The breakfast, with room service every morning, was a personal favourite. The team is super helpful, with amazing communication, and any issues were resolved right away. They check in with you daily for your breakfast preferences.
