Excellent instructions on how to drive into Ortigia, where to park, information on local sights etc. Excellent apartment layout with central kitchen dining area and windows in all the rooms. Apartment has fan in bathroom, unlike some other places, so excellent for indoor air quality! Lovely host.

The property is stunning — from its beautiful location to its charming character and thoughtful details, everything was perfect. I was truly taken by the hotel’s unique charm and atmosphere. The service was impeccable, and every staff member was so genuinely warm and welcoming. A special mention to Cristina, who greeted us upon arrival with such kindness — she really became the face of Syracuse for us. Breakfast was fantastic, and every moment spent here felt special.
