Katrina was wonderful (breakfast host). She even had some croissants made for us when they were all gone. The reception staff was also very friendly: upon feeling unwell they allowed a little extra time in the room before check out.

The hotel is very up to date and modern. Free breakfast with bacon, eggs, pastries, coffees, juices and more. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. We very much enjoyed our stay and felt that it was an excellent value for the price.

Location perfectly located to everything. This is a boutique hotel at its best! Off the main tourist street obscure from crowds. All staff is welcoming, helpful and polite. The breakfast fantastic assortment it seemed homemade type food.. lovely
I wish I could’ve stayed on longer. Very comfortable room.

Gala was such a sweet lady! She found us after we got to Venice and walked us to our room. On the day of our departure we were technically leaving before breakfast time but she brought us some treats to eat anyways. She walked with us to our airport water-taxi and was just such a delight. We felt so welcomed and looked after. The room itself was very classy, and the bathroom was enormous! Breakfast was a room service feast!
