Very nice B&B, great location near to the station, the water busses and many historical landmarks. Very good breakfast with plenty of choices, and very very nice hosts. Definitely recommend it and I would go back.

The hotel was excellent! The bed was very comfortable, and our room and bathroom were spacious, very clean, and lovely. The location right on the Grand Canal was perfect. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was great. A special thanks to Francesca at the front desk—she was incredibly helpful in guiding us around Venice and made our stay even better. The hotel is also very convenient to the train station. Highly recommend this hotel!

Patatina is at a beautiful square where in the evening the Venetian residents come together. Beautiful room, nice private balcony where we had breakfast everyday. The host at our request added boiled eggs to our breakfast, and these were very fresh. The nearby restaurant La Patatina served delicious food, and we loved the host's recommendation of another restaurant not too far away.

This hotel is so charming! The staff is absolutely amazing. Catalina was super helpful with recommendations for a walking tour and with a fantastic restaurant recommendation for dinner. I wish I had more time to spend there. I will definitely stay there again.

First of all the staff was really excellent- always friendly and helpful. Property itself was well located in a fairly quiet district with still plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby and all the tourist attractions within a walking distance. Being pleasantly close to railway and bus station made the arrival and departure convenient. Breakfast in the hotel was great- not maybe the widest variety of food I have seen, but everything was fresh and tasty and I did not miss a thing. I especially liked that warm egg dishes were not prepared in advance and kept warm as it mostly happens in hotels, but instead were made freshly when ordered. Beds and pillows were comfy, even for the 3rd person in the room. In most cases there is a very uncomfortable couch for the extra person, but not in this hotel- at least the room we stayed in I would not doubt to recommend for 3 visitors.

It was great :) we ended up staying at olimpia hotel. The staff is nice and frendly. It is near the "people mover" so if you are coming by car you can leave the car at the trochetto parking for 26 euros per day and reach the hotel in 5 minutes. I didn't mind that it was about 30-40 minute walk to san Marco because we came there to stroll around the city and take in the scenery. The bed is really comfortable, the room is nice.

The hotel is exceptional, we loved it! It was clean, well appointed and the staff, especially Roxana on Reception, very friendly and helpful. You feel as if you are in a 5-star hotel. It is well located, within walking distance (over a few bridges) from the train station, which is ideal, because you check-in and are then luggage-free to explore Venice. Although the breakfast room isn't very big, in good weather you have the option of sitting out in their beautiful garden to eat, which was wonderful. The staff couldn't be more attentive, they were all excellent. It was quiet, the beds were comfortable and the room clean. I highly recommend this hotel.
