We had a wonderful stay at the hotel for New Year's Eve. Our family suite was very spacious, decorated in Venitian style with a very modern bathroom. Everything in the hotel was spotlessly clean. We were warmly welcomed by the amicable staff, who also gave us tge best tips for New Year's dinner - we loved Bakarò - and for a great location to watch the fireworks. Breakfast on New Year's day was also great, with variety and all very fresh - eg, freshly baked croissants, latte machiatos,etc. All in all great value for money and we happily recommend it!

Staff were very helpful and accommodating, I needed an iron for my dresses and the staff left me an iron and ironing board in my room. My reservation was last minute and they still tried to help. Excellent location, walking distance to water boat, train and bus station. Hotel is very clean and breakfast was really good.

For our 3 nights, the Venice trip hotel was a sweet spot. We were close to the bus terminal and in nice middle ground to all the corners of Venice. We slept like newborns and enjoyed breakfast as kids after a day out. Maybe we will look no further the next time in Venice.

Clean, beautifull and quiet place, well positioned. Not hard to find it, just need to follow the front door numbers. Not far from train stations or car parking, and also not far from attractions, just in the middle of the two. Very well equipped with everything is needed for guests. It was well prepared with mosquito killers, so we had a good sleep because of that :). The communication was very good. Nina prepared us a good breakfast, with everything you need for having full energy for a long morning walk. The host helped us with specific directions for places to visit, where you can buy things with a good price, and where you can find a good Italian pizza :) I really appriciate that, because they were very helpfull. Everything was perfect and clean. I recomand this place for stay.

The hotel is exceptional, we loved it! It was clean, well appointed and the staff, especially Roxana on Reception, very friendly and helpful. You feel as if you are in a 5-star hotel. It is well located, within walking distance (over a few bridges) from the train station, which is ideal, because you check-in and are then luggage-free to explore Venice. Although the breakfast room isn't very big, in good weather you have the option of sitting out in their beautiful garden to eat, which was wonderful. The staff couldn't be more attentive, they were all excellent. It was quiet, the beds were comfortable and the room clean. I highly recommend this hotel.
