The staff were amazing, super friendly and welcoming. They provided me with excellent recommendations on restaurants and attractions nearby that I could visit and helped set up a day tour for me at a great price. Location is a walkable distance from the major sites in Amman. The hotel is newly renovated and feels brand new. This hotel could easily be a 4 star hotel and is well worth the price for anyone looking for accommodation downtown.

Staff was at TOP level from thousands of staffs where I ve been accomodated. They even suggests you everyday what to do, they can help, they provide you water for free ( big thumbs up bcs we are in a country full of desert ), and they even opened breakfast one hour before for us cause we were going to Petra in the morning. Jordan people are TOP! Way over any europe country
