Everything was excellent; I felt at home. The staff—Jawn, Salama, and Faiz—were amazing and went out of their way to help us. My daughter fell ill, and as I’m new to the country, their support was invaluable. They even helped us find a doctor. Mr. Fawaz kept checking in to make sure we were okay and safe. The hotel is truly warm and family-friendly.

Wonderful apartment in the Amman downtown, very close to Citadel, Roman Theater. It is in adjacent building to hotel and has a small balcony, very convenient for smokers. The breakfast on the hotel's roof terrace was excellent. Stuff was very polite and helpful. Very clean, a lot of hot water, WI was excellent. There are many restaurants and shops nearby. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly welcoming, kind, and accommodating from the moment we arrived. The room was spacious and very clean, with everything we needed.
