Everything was excellent, especially the bathroom, which was the best comparing with many others luxury hotels I've been so far. Regrettably, we only stayed there for one night and were out for the days. Would love to revisit Kobe another time and spend more time here exploring this hotel.

Arrived after very long trip from Europe, tired. Beautiful room. Good to rest. Comfortable beds & pillows. Nice bathroom. I always ask for higher floor & my room was beautiful with a sea & park view. Perfect for me & my first visit to Kobe. The staff everywhere were so nice & helpful. Appreciated the hotel shuttle bus from Sannomiya Station: when I first arrived from the airport ITM with an Airport Limousine Bus & again during my stay in Kobe. Breakfast buffet is splendid & also can get a good espresso coffee. I like Japanese Breakfast! Had one dinner at the Chinese Restaurant: very good. Beautifully presented. Lot of food. I arrived hungry & left very full! I inquired about the swimming pool, but ultimately did not have time to use it this visit. Hopefully next time. (Extra cost to use the swimming pool/sauna)

the location is quiet and near a great park by the ocean and a shopping areas full of shops and restaurants and train stations . it’s clean with comfortable bed and bathroom with water kettle , a coffee machine , and delicious coffee . Most importantly a kind and helpful staff from receptionist to the cleaning crews .. Good value and price ratio .

The pajamas were super comfortable and it was nice to be able to wear pajamas in Japanese hotel as a foreigner and actually have them fit! The room was decently spacious.
