The hotel is located in the heart of the city, close to several metro, train, and bus stops. Ikuta Shrine is a 15-minute walk away, including traffic lights. Chinatown is also nearby — a 20-minute walk away. Kobe City Museum is also a 20-minute walk away.
There are machines for check-in that will also print breakfast vouchers. The front desk staff were very welcoming and friendly. Thank you so much for accepting and kindly storing my letter for me! The hotel team also patiently answered my written questions before my arrival.
Free amenities are available at the counter by the elevators, which is very convenient for travelers.
The room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. There was a convenient side table.
The breakfast was delicious.
There are still many sights I didn't have time to see, so I would love to visit this wonderful city again. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Amazing hotel and perfect location. Room was big, with outlets next to the bed. Pijamas, toiletries and slippers were provided. The shower pressure in the bathroom is great and the staff was really friendly.

Very close to Sannomiya Station, convenience stores, supermarket, Daiso, drugstores and restaurants. You'll be taken care of very well. The room I had was large enough for me to open up a medium sized suitcase.

Room was nice and spacey. Although the staff did not speak English, they did have a translator device so we were able to communicate. Best thing of all, they have a free Cafe space which allows you to have free coffee and tea. Hotel was also very close to the subway station and convenience store. The subway station is connected to a lot of restaurants and department stores.
