the room and bathroom are beautifully appointed and smartly laid out. lots of space and super clean. The staff were all so helpful and courteous! they kindly listened to and helped with every request. location is perfect - it’s in a very trendy part of Kyoto with lots of cool shops to browse, and great restaurants, and the main attractions were walkable or just a short cycle or train ride away. there’s also a really great bike rental place right around the corner (Good day velo). There’s a really nice communal kitchen/lounge area and coin laundry machines, which we used twice during our stay - very helpful for our long travels!

Very big rooms and comfortable. I really enjoyed the milkshakes and coffee from the Cafe. The luggage storage was really handy and we used it both at the start and end of our stay.
