Awesome location. Onsen was great after a long day of walking around the bustling city. Free ramen, ice pops, and probiotic drinks available at the rest and relaxation area near the onsen baths. Washers and dryers are available.
Oh not to forget, the Japanese buffet breakfast was incredible!

Room was perfect for a family of 3. I liked the luxury aspect. Staff was helpful and kind. The hotel is at 5 min walk of the main station so very practical in terms of location and access to transport.

Convenient location near Kyoto Station, Bus to Kiyomizu-dera is right round the corner (make sure you catch time departure time). Well equipped rooms, wasn't lacking in any way. Close to a shopping mall with Don Quijote to get stuff. We had 7 people in 2 connecting rooms, could take another 3 if we used all the beds and 2 sofa beds. Make sure you exit on the correct side of Kyoto Station, else could be a long walk when the shops close and you are unable to cut across the malls in kyoto station to get to the other side.

The location is exceptional, just few steps from the Kyoto station, you dont even suffer with your bags, everything is near, restaurants, malls, services, convenience stores, everything ....
The staff is also very nice and helpful, they give you recomendations if you request them and also help with your lugagge if you need to send it. The rooms are spacious and confortable
