They upgraded my dorm booking to a private room. Biggest gift for a backpacker :) nice and clean hostel, really nice vibe and staff and lovely showers. No noise from other rooms etc. Also really close to Kyoto station.

Hotel provided free rental of amenities and gadgets like vinyl players, coffee brewing kit, games etc. which was a really pleasant surprise! That's besides the fact that it was in close proximity to Kyoto station, yet in a quiet and serene area. Staffs were really friendly.

Spacious clean rooms (we were 4 adults with 2 toddlers and feel realy comfortable) with everything you need for a good stay: well equiped kitchen, washing mashine, they even gave us a potty for our children. Great location, main station and many bus stops is close by, so we have no problem to travel around Kyoto. Near the hotel there is shopping mall with plenty shop and restaurants. Last but not least, tha satff was very frienndly and helpful. We definitely recommend this place!!!

Location is wonderful about an 8 minute walk from Kyoto station. The rooms themselves are charming with a traditional yet modern vibe. Smart TV means you can log in to Amazon and Netflix. Two convenience stores close by, a roof garden, great communal kitchen area should you need it with mini oven and microwave etc. The best thing to me was the friendly and welcoming staff who did everything they could to help us. Just brilliant!
