Amazing location, amazing hotel building and great staff. Luckily my wife speaks Japanese so we did not need bi-lingual staff, but it was great they had them there. We have a 2 year old so needed to cook our own food a lot of the time, so having the facilities in our room was amazing for us. Size of the room, bath and everything was literally perfect. Thank you.

I liked room and lounge wear. I think the common area was very nice with tiny zen gardens as nice touch. I liked TV features for checking laundromat occupancy.

I absolutely loved Rinn Kyoto Station West. The room was incredibly spacious, very clean and comfortable. The toilet and bathroom are separated and spacious. The hotel provides you with all the utilities you may need such as washing machine, ice and water machine, microwave, umbrellas, and amenities. It’s a 10-15 minutes walk from Kyoto Station so it is very conveniently located. The staff was very professional, helpful and kind, they helped us send our luggage to our next hotel very easily. They also offer to keep your luggage when you arrive early before check-in, so that was very useful. The staff is also extremely responsive on Booking’s messages. Overall it was my favorite hotel I stayed at in Japan. Be careful not to get this hotel confused with their other facility which is also at Kyoto Station. Some other guests went here by mistake but the staff helped call a taxi to take them to the other hotel.

Furnishings were incredible and the location was very close to Kyoto station and bus terminal. A nearby mall provided dining and shopping options too! Huge rooms by Japanese standards. A truly wonderful bathroom with waterfall shower and a big (but not long, as is typical for Japan) bathtub.

The room is big size compared to normal Japanese hotel rooms. It is because it has a tatami living room that can sleep another 2 pax. There was 2 of us staying in the room but we enjoyed the spaciousness. The hotel has a roof top to sit during summer. On its ground floor, it has fridge, simple utensils and microwave and dinning table. So guests can heat up simple bento boxes. It is designed as a home away from home
