This little hotel is in beautiful surroundings. The Japanese style room was very spacious with a river view. The food served was excellent as was the natural Jane’s baths.

What an experience it was! The rooms were comfy and quite spacious. The in-room Onsen bath was amazing. And the private open-air ones which can be reserved just add on the already superb experience. Would definitely come again.

Our stay at Raicho was just fantastic, thanks to the super friendly and professional staff members and the increadible cozy guest house (the fire place was just soo relaxing). The staff was highly attentive and booked dinner reservations, shuttled us to the dinner places or also bus stops and was always on top of what we were planning to do (e.g. when we planned to rent out mountain bikes, the staff already had prepared everything in the morning on the day we went for the ride). Many thanks to the whole Raicho team making our 3 night stay a highlight of our Japan trip!

Very close to the bus station, we stopped here on our way from Matsumoto to Takayama. Japanese-style room (ryokan), on the table a Japanese tea set (a teapot and bowls) with good sencha tea is waiting. The available natural hot springs are a great place to rest and relax. Meals in an atmospheric atmosphere in a yakuta with haori. Dinner is really delicious, quite decent fine dining. Breakfast is equally good.

The host were so nice ! We loved the the breakfast and dinner they cooked ! The Onsen is also really comfy and the bedroom beautiful ! We had a great time !

Meals are excellent.　Hot spring is also good.　Location is nice. In winter, the snow covered field for walking is pleasant, with beautiful surrounding 3000 m-high mountains.

Beautiful onsen hotel with spacious, clean rooms. The hotel has 4 private onsen baths, including 2 outdoor baths! The rooms also have private bathrooms. We had a lovely stay!
