Staff were friendly and spoke english. The room itself was very comfortable, clean and spacious.
Location was close to a train station as well as to nearby convienience stores and restaurants.
There are also coin laundry machines on the 6th floor, but only 3 machines.

You can not fault this hotel.
Two adults and three children.
We stayed at the room that has 2 single beds plus 3 Tatami.
We spent 7 nights here. Despite the room size being smaller than expected, everything else was perfect.
Right next to super marker, metro, walking distance to central district.
Japan/Osaka is not a cheap country to travel for a family but this hotel delivevered what it promises on the website.
