Our family greatly appreciated the warm, sincere and caring staff of the hotel. Our kids loved the dear old lady “auntie Chika” so much, and missed her so much after the trip.
And I should never forget to mention the great breakfast customized to everyone's taste.

We got the universal room for my partner (a wheelchair user) and it was amazing, huge and (mostly) accessable.
Staff were so friendly, housekeeping everyday was nice, great coffee and super nice restraunt downstairs
The area really was a quiet oasis after a big day out in the tokyo area, loved the river at night heaps of shops super close to the hotel too

I love how helpful the staff is. Even after checking out the staff has helped me find my phone that was lost in the airport. The staff has gone above and beyond and I will definitely come back to this hotel again. Highly recommend. Very friendly staff and great rooms and location is awesome as it is next to the old fish market.

I appreciated that there were many options for restaurants and convenience stores within walking distance from our hotel, Section L Ginza East. The staff (especially Indriani, Zoey, Stefan and Hero) exceeded my expectations as they were always helpful and did everything they could to make our stay pleasant. I would definitely choose to stay at Section L Ginza East when I return to Japan for a family vacation.
