On the first day upon arrival, I was looking for closest Yamato transport to deliver my baggage to my next destination, they assist me to fill up the form. Thank you very much for the warm hospitality, I will be back for sure.

We got the universal room for my partner (a wheelchair user) and it was amazing, huge and (mostly) accessable.
Staff were so friendly, housekeeping everyday was nice, great coffee and super nice restraunt downstairs
The area really was a quiet oasis after a big day out in the tokyo area, loved the river at night heaps of shops super close to the hotel too

The layout of the room was very well organized for a family. The idea of déclarations your own room is really nice.

I love how helpful the staff is. Even after checking out the staff has helped me find my phone that was lost in the airport. The staff has gone above and beyond and I will definitely come back to this hotel again. Highly recommend. Very friendly staff and great rooms and location is awesome as it is next to the old fish market.
