Everything was great. The staff is very helpful, especially with sending our luggage to the next Hotel in Kyoto after our stay. The room is super clean and the bed was very comfortable. Washing the laundry for a small fee worked great. Breakfast is good, for europeans a little unusual but very delicate and of high quality!

We loved our stay at Sola Hotel! It's the perfect combination of authentic Japanese style and modern vibe. The view from our room and from the rooftop is amazing - you can see the Tokyo Skytree so well and so close. But what really makes the difference is the friendly staff, along with the small details that show how much they care for each guest. Just as an example, free water, espresso and cappuccino ☕️. The room and the hotel are super clean and quiet, the perfect place to recharge after a day exploring the city!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful, and my room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The hotel also provides complimentary wine, water, juices, and snacks, which added a nice touch to the experience. I like the fact that it was so close to Kinshcho train station, grocery stores, retaurants and even in Don Quijote. It is also 20 mins walk to tokyo skytree. The room was really spacious and the bed can fit 5 to 10 person. The staff were really accomodating, I ask directions and they would answer me promptly, which we really appreciated. The view of the room is really spectacular since its showing tge tokyo skytree, specially at night. They also have a fast wifi and fully furnished kitchen.

Fantastic apartment. Excellent communication with off site staff. Early check in available for a small extra fee which was really helpful after an early flight to Japan. Two separate sleeping areas with sliding doors made for a great home from home for a few days. Easy to get to by direct train from Haneda airport. Would stay again.
