The staff were really friendly and they tried to help you. I asked to change my room as it was not like the photos that I booked via booking.com and they accepted it. The hotel itself was a new hotel (one year old) so everything was perfect and clean. The view was really nice both from the room and also the view of the lobby! The breakfast was also good. Highly recommended.

Everything in the place was 5-star staff was wondering. I would stay there again. I would recommend the hotel to everyone. The food was excellent. All of the staff was wonderful and respectful. Very helpful as well. The bathtub. In my room was large enough for me to lie down comfortably I'm 6 foot 6 inch

Christmas atmosphere and breakfast was great. Staff job requirement is to be friendly but the staff went out of their way to make sure you are happy with the service.

every single thing was really nice. the staff really helpful and quick. the hotel also provided high quality hair and skin care. everything was really clean, no doubt. the hotel interior (lobby, garden, etc.) was really cool and historic, with very nice view. the hotel also really close with the harbour and chinatown. everything was perfect.
