The best hotel ever. Everything was just perfect! Very friendly stuff, location just 1 minute from metro, big beautiful room with all the facilities! Blackout curtains, big bath etc. Love it!

Location is excellent. The hotel is only a few minutes walk from the train stations. Onyl problem was the steps going up to the hotel itself. A little tough you have heavy luggage. There's a 7/11 eight across the road and a few other konbinis nearby. There's many food options around and pretty only a few stops away from haneda airport and yokohama. The staff were all really nice and helpful. The room i had was small but sufficient for a solo traveller. The bed was quite big and was quite comfy.

It is a historic hotel. General MacArthur stayed at this hotel just after the surrender of Japan. The staff were exceptional. Ito-san at the front reception has my greatest admiration. He helped me through a crisis. I thought my cruise was from Yokohama, hence this hotel. It turned out to be the Tokyo International Cruise Terminal. We were about an hour away. He reassured us that all is fine and booked a taxi for us. We got to the terminal and were able to check in to the cruise. All ended well because of Ito-san.

I would say a luxurious hotel in a strange location. Convenient if you need an overnight stay near the airport, a few minutes to the station. Luxurious surroundings, top-class service, great view from the restaurant windows.
