O liked all in the property. The breakfast was amazing. The room is very clean and the staff is very helpful. On the first day, we decided to extend our stay for more 2 days and the staff was very helpful with this.

We were not expecting the bedroom to be so big. It was a great surprise. The bed was extremely comfortable. The residents lounge was a lovely place to grab a coffee while eating breakfast from the konbini down stairs. Close to many attractions and restaurants.

The reception staff were very pleasant, always had a smile on their faces when we arrived. Yamakawa and Tsuchiya communicated with us well in English, helped us with check in/check out and reservation of a Japanese restaurant which only spoke Japanese. Exceptional and professional service from the both of them as first point of contact and representatives of the hotel! Thank you for making our stay smooth!
