Ladies at the desk and kitchen were very nice and helpful. For the breakfast you may choose (eggs, toasts ecc), the room is nice, clean, the bed is comfortable, TV works and the garden is nice. The area is extremely safe (surrounded by embassies, UN builiding and so on..), close to tea plantage Kiambethu (about 15 min drive), to the city centre it takes about 30-40 minutes drive by car.

Gigiri Lion Villas is truly home away from home. The serene environment was perfect for a relaxed stay and the staff were exceptional. Lilly at the reception was amazing and so were the rest of the staff. The breakfast was also amazing. We'll definitely be back.

Very nice hotel in a quiet Gigiri neighborhood in Nairobi, near the UN compound, and close to the Village market. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, Wi-Fi is stable, breakfast is OK, and there is also a good Chinese restaurant on the premises and a coffee shop with artisan coffee. The garden of the hotel is very nice, with many trees and lots of different bird species. Hotel staff is friendly and helpful.

WOW... absolute Luxury in Nairobi. One absolutely needs to stay there. From the moment you walk in, you are transported into a luxurious experience. The staff are absolutely helpful. Purity at reception welcomed us so well . Aisha the General Manager was there to greet us as it was my birthday and had a handwritten note in my room. They made my experience world class. When we checked out Brian was absolutely amazing. I can't fault them for anything. The facilities in the hotel are modern and luxurious. What an amazing Hotel, and well worth the rate. I would literally go back to Nairobi just for a staycation in the Hotel.
