From the moment we arrived, our experience at JW Marriott Hotel Nairobi was nothing short of spectacular! The staff truly went above and beyond to make our stay extraordinary. A special shout-out to Pricilla and Jemimah, who made us feel like royalty throughout our visit. Their attention to detail and genuine warmth made us feel so welcome and cared for. The entire hotel team exceeded our expectations, from the seamless check-in to assisting with local activities. The room was luxurious, with stunning views and all the comforts we could ask for. We also loved the the amenities available including the spa and stunning pool. There were many exceptional restaurant options to choose from. We can't thank the team enough for making our stay unforgettable. It was the perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and personal attention, and we’ll definitely be recommending to our friends and family. Great huge apartments. Nice view from balcony. Very comfortable bed. Residency is above shopping mall, with eating option. All staff was very helpful, especially Samuel was very kind and helpfull.

We had a wonderful stay! The host was very communicative and friendly, which made everything smooth and easy. The apartment was beautifully decorated, spotless, and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the 270 Restaurant nearby the breakfast there was absolutely lovely. The host was kind enough to allow us a flexible checkout since we had a late flight, which we truly appreciated. Highly recommend!
