The room was exceptional- big and airy, with new facilities comfy bed and hot water once I worked it out. As this is obviously a quite new building, that’s not unexpected. The staff were sweet and as helpful as they could be between my non-existent Khymer and their minimal English, but we worked it out. Hot water: I only used the hand-held in its bracket but, if you set both the pressure and temperature fairly low, you’ll get a good shower without getting scalded each time the pump kicks in (about every 10 seconds). Drainage: There’s a plug UNDER the drain grill. Remove them both and water drains properly.

Loved the rooftop pool and vibe! We stayed only two nights and it actually was a pity, we would have loved to enjoy the rooftop a little more. Also the room and breakfast were nice.

the privacy of the private pool is lovely, a great space to just chill under the trees. unbelievable to have such greenspace in the heart of the city, squirrels, butterflies, hornbills and so many other bird songs. breakfast was fresh and tasty with staff attentive and flexible when asking for allergy options.

Loved this hotel so much! So peaceful and tranquil an Oasis in the middle of the crazy city. The pool area is stunning, lovely having cabanas. The pool is shaded by palm trees but does get some sun. Breakfast was very varied and nice. We also had lunch by the pool very tasty. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. We also had a massage which was great very relaxing.
