Excellent facilities and service at a great location. The Sheraton at Colombo made for an amazing stay based on its central location and excellent service. We were given an upgraded room based on my Marriott status and had access to the lounge which made for a relaxing area for a bite or a beverage. Rooms were spacious and had an excellent view of the ocean, which made for a serene experience when one woke up and during the day. What topped it all off was the excellent service and the help offered, be it for a list item on our flight in, or other hotel amenities. The breakfast spread was top notch with tons of varieties and customizations! Recommend it highly if you’re planning on a visit to Colombo!

A beautiful property with a very relaxed, tranquil feel away from the hustle and bustle of the main Colombo Streets but still a great location to get to places easily . Room was spacious, very clean and nicely decorated. Lovely open air dining room where we had the best breakfasts. The staff were very professional and super friendly and helpful. Amazing service from everyone.

Nicest place we stayed in Sri Lanka. After many nights with a family all in one room in was so nice to have some space and just look out at the amazing view! Use of the pool was also lovely. Shanuka popped round on the first night to help us with ideas for our visit and has been a great host.

It was super fantastic. From the moment we checked in. Everything perfect. The rooms were very cosy, we got adjoining ones on the 18th floor so kids and us sorted. The pool area is very very nice. Warm water on the rooftop! The bar and restaurant upstairs is fantastic and a dj played the best music there. The breakfast spread was unbelievable. Nothing more we could ask for. The staff never said no to anything. Everything was ace. They even did a small cake for my daughter's birthday with a little gift too. We are truly humbled by the hospitality not only at this hotel but all over SriLanka.

Amari was absolutely amazing, it’s a beautiful hotel and the room was great. The bed was one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in. The staff was very nice and helpful. My only regret is that we only stayed there for one night.
