Breakfast was fantastic. Staff went out of their way to be helpful. Room was tastefully decorated and comfortable for our needs. Pool was a nice addition during the day.

Well-defined arrangement and friendly staff here, who can offer any help or advice if you wanna know. Also the recommendation of restaurants on the overall mirrisa map are all fine here. Besides, i have to say many thanks for them to book an incredible whale-watching tour to me as the agency controlled the quota of customers but saved more abundant immersion for higher quality of experience. What's more, if you like cat, there are a dozen of sleeping cuties over there lol

The owners, a friendly and helpful married couple, went above and beyond to make us feel at home, and their lovely dog warmly welcomed us in the evenings. The entire staff was attentive and kind, enhancing the experience. A highlight of our trip was the whale-watching excursion organized through the hotel—we were thrilled to see several whales, making it an unforgettable adventure.

About the room: Attention to Detail: From smooth AC performance to beautifully appointed bathrooms, strong showers, and well-placed plug sockets, everything functioned seamlessly in an environment that looks beautiful yet remains highly practical ( room number 7, I highly recommend). Location: the hotel offers good location to sandy shores. I easily rented a scooter with Enriquo ( the owner, he helped me rent it ) and rode it right to the beach for surfing. ( you can check in how far is it from the beach online ) Public area: One standout feature is the spacious rooftop area—a peaceful, open-design terrace offering panoramic sea views. It’s a wonderful spot to relax, read, or enjoy a meal above the treetops.

Distant from the main road, this family owned residence is the ideal place to relax while being close to Mirissa Beach. Excellent staff: kind and always available to satisfy all our requests, especially the main host, Charindu, whose contribution to our wellbeing was essential.
