It all started with a warm welcome from the guy on reception - thank you so much!:) Definitely beautiful and cozy place which moves you into atmosphere of Morocco. Room was well designed, clean, towels had really amazing aroma! The area which you see when you escape from your room is fantastic. Breakfast was served amazingly and was so delicious. Location is also perfect - in a historical part of the city, Bahia Palace is just in 5 min walk. Value for money 10/10.

I liked the patio and the tarrace. They were also helpful with taking us to the taxi that we ordered to Imlil, that was nice. Bathroom had cosmetics. Overall clean. There are shops with great spices near by, recommended.

A Riad where you are treated as family and the staff have a unique personality that adds to the effortless service they provide you. Abdelwahab, Rachid, Said, Brahim and the team work tirelessly to make sure you have the best possible experience while staying in Marrakech.  If you come to this amazing city, you must make this Riad to your visit. Also room was beautiful, big (huge bathroom) and the bed/pillows were so soft and perfect. Yummy Breakfast was served on the roof terrace, which was amazing. I wish we had been able to stay there longer. Abdelwahab, Rachid, Brahim, Said- one more time, thank you for your hospitality! You are exceptional: knowledgeable, caring, protective of your guests.

First class Riad, recently renovated and really high quality in every aspect. Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. Very good location, can be reached by car and staff will help with parking. Walking distance to Bahia palace and the other places you would like to visit.

The friendly, very accommodating staff went out of their way to help us with their extensive knowledge of Marrakesh and the country as a whole. The riad’s location, decor and generous and varied common spaces were all superb. We highly recommend it.

In Marrakesh’s Medina, Riad Terra Bahia offers traditional Moroccan decoration, an outdoor swimming pool and patio with fountain.

Breakfast, location, staff, everything was very, very pleasant.

Wonderful service, incredibly friendly staff and owners, nothing was too much trouble and happy to help arrange tours, restaurant bookings and anything else that was needed.

Situated 250 metres from El Bahia Palace, Dar 73 offers a small pool. Guests are invited to relax on the patio or on the terrace, which offers a view of the Medina.
