Within walking distance of Rabat's main train station. Just go straight down the road and mark it on GoogleMap and you won't get lost I was a sudden appointment. However, I received my room key quickly, thanks to the hospitality of my host and agent.

The girl that showed us to our apartment couldn't have been nicer. Apartment was excellent. Location was amazing. Right in the heart of Rabat.

First of all, I want to highlight the apartment’s design — it truly exceeded our expectations. It preserved the soul of the building, maintaining the early 20th-century atmosphere, while incorporating beautiful elements of Moorish design. And all of this was combined with modern comfort. It was so beautiful so I did not even want to go somewhere for breakfast - we prepared an omelette in the apartment and had breakfast on the balcony. The apartment is spacious, crystal clean and has all necessary amenities. The host was responsive, check in was smooth (but it is good to have local sim card for better communication). They have arranged for us safe parking in the garage just in front of the apartment for 50 dirham per day. The location is excellent — we really enjoyed walking around the area. The streets are beautiful with stunning architecture. There’s a Museum of Modern Art nearby, as well as a convenient grocery store. It took us about 20 minutes to walk to the medina, but the walk itself was a real pleasure.

Everything was perfect. Pretty and clean room, towels smells really nice, breakfast was great, all the stuff was polite and especially thanks for the service to the older waiter from breakfast.

Everything was perfect. Our host Mr. Hassan is a very kind gentleman who made our stay very comfortable and pleasant for our family. He greeted us on arrival and showed us his apartment. His apartment is very clean, spacious and perfectly located in Rabat. It also benefits from a lift which is convient with luggages. He arranged secured parking for us just under the apartment. I recommend Mr Hassan's apartment very favourably!
