The cottage is operated by kind and lovely family. They messaged me in advance how they were picking me up at the airport, so I did not worry at all. At the cottage, there were enough heaters to warm up each room so I think it will be ok to stay in cold winter.

Great location! Short walk to city center, museums, mall, and really short walk to restaurants or a convenience store. The host was great! She made sure I had clear directions to get to and into the apartment and made sure I had everything I needed. The apartment was well suited for the week I was there including a washer for clothes.

First time in Mongolia and this was the first and most satisfying stop on my journey. The landlord brother was especially enthusiastic, communicated with me about moving in a few days in advance, and sent detailed location description and check-in matters to my email. After arriving in Mongolia, he asked me to give the phone number to the driver, and he came to communicate with the driver to avoid us not being able to find the place. He was waiting for us in advance when he brought us to the apartment building. After entering the room, the landlord introduced each room and its function one by one, and reminded us of the things we need to pay attention to. The landlord was very gentle, my partner and I had a great impression of him and were very happy with the apartment, it was clean and tidy and very comfortable to live in. It is also very convenient to go to E-mart supermarket. It was as described. It was a pleasant trip and I was very happy.

I stayed here after I had done a 12 day tour trough Mongolia. I just needed a room and shower for myself, since I didn’t have that for over a month (I was traveling elsewhere before the 12 day tour). I stayed 2 nights and the bed was super comfortable! The whole place is nice and clean and very close to a market where they sell everything for very cheap. It’s also an easy 20 minute walk from the central square. The lady was very nice and let me stay a bit longer on the day I had to check out, which was really helpful for me. Thanks again!

We were very happy in this apartment. The staff was very helpful to make our stay enjoyable. There is a minimarket on the 1st floor open every day until midnight and a supermarket just round the corner. The apartment is perfectly equipped, quiet. This was our home away from home.
