Absolutely amazing hotel! The location is super convenient — right in the heart of the Londoner complex. The room was luxurious, spacious, and thoughtfully designed, with everything you could possibly need. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the housekeeping was outstanding — they even arranged my belongings beautifully every day, which was such a lovely touch. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of high-quality options and top-notch ingredients. The only downside was the wait time — I had to queue for about 15–20 minutes each morning. Overall, I had a fantastic stay and would definitely return. Highly recommended!

Excellent service. We went there for our first anniversary. The staff helped me to secretly arrange a personalized cake and card. Paid during check in unbeknownst to my partner. :) We had Eiffel tower king room. Totally worth it. Excellent view on 28th floor on south side of hotel. Can see Eiffel tower light show, as well as the hourly light show of the Londoner. Room is clean and spacious. The photos online really don't do the rooms justice! Excellent in room dining. Same price as restaurants and quite reasonable, considering the quality. Lots of shops. I think the only souvenir shop is the Eiffel tower shop but even at other casino, not so many souvenir shops. We got our love locket on 5th floor, then enter from there to go up to Eiffel tower. Arrival and departure is easy with free shuttle from ferry. The shuttle bus takes you to the hotel lobby for check in. And when check out, just put the card keys in the box at bottom by elevator. Then around the corner is escalator to shuttle bus to ferry. Or also can take shuttle bus to other casinos. We really enjoyed our stay. We'll definitely return in the future.

Great value for many. Top staff. Excellent view from the room. I guess it also helped it was at the 25th floor. :) Room very modern and clean.
