I accidentally booked for 2026 instead of 2025 and they found a way to accommodate us despite receiving my date change request less than 24 hours before check-in. We were pleasantly surprised to find out that they gave us a one-bedroom suite with complimentary breakfast and yummy welcome cookies. :-)

Very spacious apartment with comfortable beds in a clean safe complex. Great location, only a short walk to Marina, beach and town restaurants / supermarkets etc. Checking in was easy and the staff were super helpful and friendly. Pool was clean and we even used the laundry facilities. There is a large fridge and freezer in the kitchen. Used the stove top but unfortunately couldn't use the oven as there were no oven trays or suitable casserole dishes. As others have mentioned water can be super hot if not mixed properly. Water pressure in the shower is good however the shower head in master needs descaling. Pool towels provided, but note they are old and not very large (kid size lol), which the males in our party were disappointed about. Aircon and ceiling fans in working order and very effective. Note that the main master room is balcony/street facing and gets a lot of traffic and party noise on busy nights and especially weekends, sometimes to 4am in the morning. A few light bulbs need replacing and light fixtures need cleaning in the main living area, as it is very faint / poor lighting in evenings. Plenty of wardrobe space. Had a great week's stay.

Everything was perfect. Coming from London everyone suggested I stay in a resort but I wanted to experience the local culture and still be near the resorts and this flat was the best. We recently had the pleasure of staying at Tesoro, and I must say that everything was absolutely exceptional.From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the friendly and welcoming staff, who made us feel right at home. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and we were quickly escorted to our room with a gorgeous view of the marina. The resort grounds were immaculate, there were plenty of loungers and umbrellas, and I never had trouble finding a comfortable spot. What really set this resort apart was the level of service. Every staff member we encountered went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was truly exceptional. From the servers in the restaurants to the housekeeping staff who kept our room tidy and stocked with fresh towels, everyone was friendly, attentive, and eager to make our stay as enjoyable as possible.
