The entire staff was friendly, extremely helpful and made my Amsterdam experience everything it was. Fay personally helped me locate different areas for activity along with the best cafe's and restaurants to try. It was excellent. The staff were amazing. The food was plenty and was fresh and delicious! Our room was so big and comfortable. The dining room is transformed into a cozy lounge after breakfast. The added touch, an invitation for wine and cake on New Year’s Eve along with a hand written card and lovely box of chocolates. This place was pretty exceptional.

Very good hotel. I liked everything. The room is clean, snow-white bed. The room has a coffee machine with coffee, tea. There is a safe. The view from the window both day and night is simply incredible😍 The staff is friendly. There is a free sauna and jacuzzi, but by prior arrangement.
