Everything! Location is perfect. Far enough from tourists and you get the feeling like living with the locals. Complementary drink and mini bar are a very nice gesture. Clean and comfy room. Staff members are very friendly. I could ask for a late check out for noon. Common area is quiet. Thermostat and a/c work perfectly.

breakfast and location. The breakfast is trully worthy. It's very easy to take the tram for the city center for the small price of 2€ and you are there in 20 mins. The airport is 20 mins away as well with one bus from the same station (opposite direction). To summarize, it's actually the best value for money place. Fancy and easy to travel around. For every budget. You can either be budget or premium.

The hotel and room were very clean. Everything I needed was there. The lady at the reception was very friendly and informative. She also handed me a map of the city which is very helpful for people going to Amsterdam for the first time. The hotel is located very close to Vondelpark, Van Gogh museum, Rijks Museum. Also close to the Casino which is located in a very nice area that has a lot of cafes and restaurants at the canal. It's much recommended.

It was our 45th wedding anniversary and the front desk staff especially (Ingar). I probably didn't spell her name correctly went above & beyond for us. Decorated our hotel room, a great surprise to us. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean. One thing I didn't like are the new sinks in the bathrooms. The water spout is TOO LONG. You can't wash your face or brush you teeth without getting water all over the floor. The spout needs to be cut back at least 3-4 inches.
