Brilliant hotel from the first interaction, very friendly, amazing rooms, helped us with an extra bed, Louis at the reception was exceptional, giving us guidance, and access to the lounge at the 22nd which was a great place to spend time. The staff were amazing, they were kind, helpful and keen to recommend you places which worth a visit. The hotel enterior is really modern, comfortable. The room with balcony was a dream with all the rooftops and city view. They provide you with all the amenities you might need during a short or long stay. In total all was really perfect :)
