The room was perfect: very clean and nice. It had all the amenities and more: it had a coffee machine and an electric tea cattle so that you could enjoy a cup of tea or coffee in the morning. The location of the hotel was wonderful, right in the center of Maastricht, you are close to all the touristic attractions as well as shops and stores. The hotel itself is very modern and elegant. Also the hotel staff is very friendly and helpful.

The reception staff was very nice and pleasant, the lounge is very pretty, love the happy hour even tho we couldn’t attend. The bed- so comfortable 10/10, Room cute, we got everything we expected.

On seeing that we are a couple they upgraded us to a better room for free. Has a nice human touch rather than the impersonal nature of large hotel chains.
