A great stay as always at the Butte aux Bois, and very difficult to leave after only one night! The hotel is immaculate and beautiful, the spa is pristine and relaxing, and the staff are extremely courteous and attentive. The perfect hotel.

Belle Chique is cute and comfortable bed & breakfast. The room is located close to Maastricht and is located away from busy streets/noise. It was very clean and well taken care off. The small fridge with some drinks ready upon arrival was a nice extra. The bed is very cozy and comfortable.

The place is great, you really feel like at home, you have everything at hand, spotless clean, modern and very nice furniture, quiet and peaceful neighborhood, very close to Maastricht, a lor of possibilities to visit the area. But what really exceeded any expectations is the hosts. They took care of everything for us, amazing breakfast, great value for the money. We traveled a lot around Europe and the world, but we never encountered so far such a careful host, for sure will be visiting again.

The room was very attractive and spacious. The bed was the most comfortable one we have had on a 2 week journey through the Netherlands. The breakfast was exceptional--including not only the usual assortment of meat and cheese but also a delicious egg salad, fruit salad with a drizzle of local honey, a tray of sliced radish, cucumber and cherry tomatoes, an omelet, and assorted breads. The hosts are gracious and efficient.

This was our second time staying at Vakantiewoning Valkenburg. We love it here! Last time we stayed as a couple, and brought our dog who was very welcome. This time we were two couples and the house was still perfect! Two very nice bedrooms and a wonderful living room to relax in, with lots of books, games, and movies available. The kitchen is filled with anything you need and even has a dishwasher. We especially love this place, because it is a great location for visiting both Maastricht and Valkenburg. The train station right around the corner (1 minute walk!) gets you to either city within 10 minutes. Really wonderful! Down the road there is also a little coffeshop, and a beautiful garden to walk around. When we stayed last time in the summer, we also did some beautiful walking in the area. We would highly recommend this place to stay!

The general hospitality and warmth of Nicole and Gus. Every little amenity was addressed from welcome chocolates in the room to an honor bar in the breakfast area which was continuously restocked during our stay. The location was in proximity to numerous shops and good quality restaurants. Nicole's breakfast was exceptional with an assortment of jams, honey, bread, fruit, meats, cheeses, yogurt and eggs.
