The staff were friendly and super accommodating. Lovely to have a chat with them about the event I was attending (Bandai Card Fest) and managed to sort out paying for breakfast by using the deposit. Breakfast was great and had a lot of choices, I was sad to have to miss out on it when checking out as I had overslept. The rooms were very cosy and the beds were comfy and clean, they were always very tidy when coming back in the evening. All-in-all a very enjoyable stay!

We had such a memorable stay at Johanna's place! She was an exceptional host, full of stories about her exciting life and travels, and she thinks of everything as far as special touches and amenities. The breakfast is the best you can ask for! Johanna was very understanding of our delayed arrival time, be sure to communicate with her day before or day of to be helpful! She also helped us with easy parking, and made our visit to Utrecht during Koningsdag feel like we were experiencing it with a local!~

Breakfast was amazing--thank you again! All of the staff were lovely, kind, and helpful. Such a beautiful area--Oud-Zuilen--that I reached by bus from the center of Utrecht easily. I would love to return with my family and explore the area more by bicycle.
