Room was clean, nice size, location was perfect for our job as artist we atended Objectspace art Gallery on rose rd, 4 min walk, where our designs were being showcased.
Kitchen was great for us to cook our food.
Shower and bath was very clean and relaxing.

There was no breakfast included but Ngaire provides microwave and crockery - seriously though you are so close to so many cafes on Ponsonby road that its really not an issue, the location is perfect. Bed is very comfortable and i even used the gym downstairs.
