The place was incredible, right by the main plaza and it was impeccably clean! They upgraded our room for free and gave us a room with a beautiful view! The staff was extremely kind. We went on tours every day and they prepared lunch boxes for us every morning along with water bottles. When we checked out, they even gave us a small gift! One of the best places to stay in Cusco! I highly recommend it!

Everything! The staff, the accommodations, the location. This Boutique hotel met our needs in every way. Besides looking exactly like the photos shared, the location was perfect to access all the main places in Cusco, including supermarkets, restaurants, places to get data sims, pharmacies and money change facilities. The staff was very warm and welcoming, almost like family and they went out of their way to provide assistance in every way possible. They organized our transport, to and from the airport, provided maps and showed us how to move safely around the city without getting lost and so much more. The tours we did had us up very early in the morning, from around 4am. Every morning we left, there would be a breakfast bag with water, snacks, sandwich and fruit. That gesture will forever stay with me. If you decide to book this stay, know that you are making the right choice.

Everything 😍 the view, stuff, location, breakfasts are fantastic! The style of the hotel is also very special and makes you wanna take a picture of every corner 😄 the beds were amazingly decorated with Peruvian styled warm bedcovers, plus the heating was working perfectly! Very beautiful interior and the furniture. I also would like to thank the hotel for allowing us to leave our baggage for a few days for free while we were in machu pichu , as well as for not charging us for the nights we couldn't make due to cancellation flights (even if it was too late to cancel for free!) You are the best!
