The architecture was phenomenal, recently remodeled and they did an excellent job at preserving and adding spanish colonial modern touches. Samantha, the owner, was amazing. Very nice, received us with coffee and tea and gave great recommendations. The location is amazing, you can walk everywhere.

The house is old but well maintained and overall absolutely incredible -- basically, you're staying in an art gallery and artist's home. Certainly a unique experience which we loved!

I am so grateful for the help and support by the ladies at reception. They spent literally hours on the phone with various airlines/airports/consulates and chatting to us to try and figure out next steps regarding all our flight cancellations and airport closures etc. They also upgraded our room at no extra cost! I loved my stay there because it feels like a little family/home away from home. The breakfast brings you together with other travelers, there is a small terrace and the location is super good to explore Barranco. The owners are super friendly and make you feel welcomed. It’s clean, safe and if you want you can used the shared kitchen.

the breakfast was good. wish they had fresh brewed coffee. it was nice to have the food served to you in the apartment. A safe neighborhood, 5 minute walk to the center of town, with restaurants and shops. Quieter than Miraflores, buses and taxis to take you there. Augusto y Aida were very nice and accommodating and a good value!
