The location was great. Staff were friendly and provided great service. The breakfast offered a wide variety and good quality ingredients. The room was spacious and clean. Essentially the experience overall was beyond our expectations for the price we paid.

We were very well attended. We had the city view room for 2. Everything was very clean. They let us do a late checkout (with an extra fee) since our flight was late at night. Before leaving our room for our checkout they brought us a little goodbye goodie (which was awe did not expect this at all) - an assortment of chocolates and macarons.
Rooftop bar was very nice as well - mixed of crowds (high end to travelers dressed casually) 😉 Would be a bit awkward to go swim in the pool during happy hour when you are surrounded with people in suits and dresses). The food was very good and drinks too.
Breakfast was amazing. Lots of good choices.
Felt also safe to walk in the neighborhood and everything was close to the hotel (10 min of walking to shops, restaurants and Parque Salazar).

The hotel is beautiful- great courtyard out front and comfortable seating inside. Rooms were spacious and clean. The staff was so kind and helpful allowing us to store our bags for the day. I would definitely come back here!

Really nice hotel for this price range! The rooms were clean and comfortable, the bathroom was very clean and the staff was so friendly, especially Janet! One day we started a trip early in the morning and she provided a breakfast package for us. The night portier waited with us outside until our taxi arrived.
