The room was clean and comfortable. Building was in prime location near to malls and restaurants, also in safe neighborhood. Building was also nice in general. Security guard was so pleasant with us. The owner was accomodating and nice. Enjoyed our Alabang stay because of our comfortable place. Would definitely consider going back again!

The design of the room is very aesthetic. This unit is ideal for four people, and I also liked that it has two rooms—perfect if you’re staying with friends and want separate spaces. I was also entertained by Alexa. Don’t be surprised if you say, “Alexa, make me a drink,” like in the picture on the wall—someone might actually respond! I really enjoyed my stay here and will definitely book again soon.

great place excellent location, close to the airport and has a very nice area good pizza restaurant right in the hotel, nice bar and nice swimming pool, good and mall and seven eleven right outside.
we felt like having a nice high end stay in Manila and it was perfect for us.

The front desk staff attended with my concern from my last stay like the temperature of the room and assigned us to 15th floor with the view of laguna lake! All of the staffs were very nice and very helpful in fixing our transportation issue(note: it was hard to get a grab ride in Alabang)
As I bought a meal package but figured we will leave early. They were nice to bring us continental breakfast at 4am.

Super accommodating staff. I believe we got the best room with the best view 1114! Just a hint for those who wish to stay at B-Hotel. We had planned to use the pool, but did not get a chance. Walked by the breakfast and lunch buffet every day and wish we had tried it. Looked scrumptious! we were just constantly on a time crunch so we could not really enjoy the amenities, but our room was great and the staff was awesome! The hotel allowed us a late check-out since we were going straight to the airport and had no place else to go and did not charge us extra. We stayed for 5 nights as a family with a 4-year old.
